Our Kettlebell class is a small group class that utilizes HKC kettlebell style, bodyweight exercises, TRX, battling ropes, and other modalities, with a focus on strength and conditioning. If you are looking for a HIIT (high intensity interval training), low impact class, guaranteed to burn calories and increase your strength and conditioning, then this class is for you!

Spinning®/Indoor Cycling

Spinning is a non-impact cardiovascular and strengthening workout that takes place on a special Spinner Pro stationary bike. It is a group exercise program in which participants work at their individual fitness levels. Both our Spinning and Cycling instructors use these Spinner Pro bikes.

TRX®

Suspension Training
Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously using the TRX® Suspension Trainer. Due to limited TRX® equipment, Please text instructor to reserve a spot.

Pump

Free weights, barbells, and aerobic step
Pump classes are approximately 60 minutes long and contain eight separate muscle-group specific songs performed to music using free weights-plates, barbells and an aerobic step. The focus is towards muscle endurance using several repetitions.
